a bit more like the Eagle than we had planned

“So, it’s nice outside.  What should we do?”
“Wanna go to the zoo?”
I was way too tired to make it all the way from SoHo to the Bronx, so SoHo Crush and I made our way to the Central Park Zoo.  And we had a great time watching the news on the way.

Okay, so that photo may have been altered.  Anyway, we started out with the Sea Lions, who were being very uncooperative as far as my taking their picture.  Once we were over them, we moved on to the Penguins.

I actually had to convince SoHo that I wasn’t taking pictures of the zookeeper’s ass.  Not that I wouldn't, but the iPhone can't iZoom.  Then I saw the fabulous Puffins!

Do you see those over-the-shoulder tranny eyebrows?!  She better wooorrrrrk!  We went back outside, and the Sea Lions we actually being friendly.

“How you doin’!”

"Wooorrrrrrrrrk!"
Speaking of How You Doin’, SoHo Crush couldn’t wait to get to the polar bear exhibit.

It was a bit more like the Eagle than we had planned.  But they gave great advice for the bar:

Indeed.

Oh, Deere.

Is it wrong that the first thing I thought when I saw the nose on that snake was, that would this make a fierce belt pet!

Given that Bobby Brown is broke, he may have been better off in this 80s group.

We had had our fill of that particular Zoo and walked to a different Zoo: Central Park South.  I saw something that made me laugh out loud as soon as it came into view.  I'll just illustrate in photographs.

At one point, the word "noose" flashed in my head.

And this exhibit wasn’t actually at the zoo, per say, but it certainly got a reaction out of me.  Did I mention that American Apparel isn’t always bad?  Yeah.
