In case it's not clear, our friend in the picture is bending over in front of another guy in his profile pic, and his status says "OMG i got BB!!!"  Our exchange takes place in the 2nd and 4th-6th messages.

For those of you not up on your Manhuntspeak, Manhunt.net is a (very popular) website where men can meat meet other men (usually for semi-anonymous hookups) and is sometimes used as a generic term (i.e., I may say "Manhunt" to refer to all gay hook-up websites).

BB = bareback = sex without condoms.  I can't speak for anyone else, but I usually associate this type of behavior with extremely low self-esteem/respect.  Most profiles online say "safe only", but you'll find a few that say BB (or even BB only).
