In an effort to expand readership for the blog, I have whored myself out to very familiar websites (that have helped countless gay men expand other things in their lives): Adam4Adam, Manhunt, and BigMuscle. I did not create a profile for the blog to meet guys (not that it hasn't happened, just not my original intent), but as you can imagine, the provocative photos I posted from last year's photo shoot with the Photographer made guys pretty eager to contact me, often without reading my blog-centric profile first.
Note: I never quite looked like that. I usually don't feel conceited commenting on pictures from this photo shoot because while they weren't retouched (the Photographer kept reminding me to pick ones I wanted him to retouch, and I never got back to him about it), when would I ever stumble into this perfect of lighting while oiled up after hundreds of push-ups and curls? Never trust professional pictures in a profile without accompanying regular photos!
While BigMuscle has been pretty tame, Manhunt is always good for a laugh. For example, check out the heading for this guy's profile.
Casting a pretty wide net, aren't we?
But by far, the most emails I have received have been on A4A. No surprise there, but I have seen some pretty shocking things. Keep in mind that the email chains read from bottom to top. Click to enlarge.
First impressions: How old does your computer have to be to not get the red line under your misspellings!
With him, you don't have to beat around the bush to beat around the bush.
I was gonna say, "Virgin my ass!" but that would have been a lie, too.
I'm not without fault. Sometimes I shoot out a corny response.
And sometimes, I'm downright awkward.
There's definitely more where this came from, and I'm def looking forward to sharing more as they come!

Maybe that first person meant Karen Horney the psychologist. It's a possibility, you know, like being struck by lightning or winning the lottery.
I am dying! So funny!

"Did you just say virgin? I love role play!"
Brilliant. Consider it stolen.
